Changes to Waste Collection and Recycling Center Hours 

Due to the expected heat this coming week, adjusted schedules will be in effect for trash collection and the recycling center in the municipality of Moerdijk from Wednesday, August 29, through Tuesday, August 4. 

Trash collection will start earlier 

From Wednesday, July 29, through Tuesday, August 4, 2026, trash collection will begin earlier than usual. The collection service will operate this week from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. 

Please make sure your container or the waste you’re putting out is ready on time so that Afvalservice Breda can pick it up. 

Recycling Center to Open and Close Earlier Than Usual for a Limited Time 

The hours of operation for the recycling center at Fuutweg 4 in Klundert will also be adjusted. The recycling center will be open from Wednesday, July 29, through Tuesday, August 4, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

Please keep this in mind if you plan to take out the trash this week.
