The Municipality of Moerdijk Cleans Up During World Cleanup Day

September 20 is World Cleanup Day again. During and around this global day of action, millions of people roll up their sleeves to clean up litter. Together, they help keep streets, parks, roadsides, and waterways cleaner.

Various cleanup campaigns are also taking place in the municipality of Moerdijk around this day. Many residents are committed to a clean living environment and will be getting to work at various locations. Mayor Aart-Jan Moerkerke will also be joining the cleanup effort in the village of Moerdijk to help out. Would you like to do your part? You’re more than welcome to help out at one of the cleanup events.

Events are being organized in Zevenbergen, Fijnaart, the village of Moerdijk, Standdaarbuiten, and Langeweg, among other places.
