Informatieavond stand van zaken Powerport

In December 2025, the national government, the province, and the municipality agreed to make a decision in June 2026 regarding the future development of the port and industrial area and the measures that need to be put in place for the people living in the area. The administrative consultation is scheduled for June 29.

During the meeting on June 4, State Secretary De Bat (national government), Provincial Executive Member Dirken (province), and Alderman Dingemans (Municipality of Moerdijk) will explain where we stand at this point. They will also outline the decision-making process. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns. No decision will have been made by June 4, so nothing definitive will be announced at that time.
