Budget Subsidy

To be eligible to apply for a budget grant, the organization must be a legal entity. A budget grant is a grant that is awarded annually and supports the implementation of a municipal policy objective.

Your organization can apply for the budget subsidy online using your eHerkenning. You can choose from the following options

Requests

• The application for a provisional budget grant must be received by us no later than July 1 (of the year preceding the grant year).
• The application for approval of the budget subsidy awarded must be received by us no later than July 1 (of the year following the subsidy year).

Attention, legal entities! Special provisions apply to commercial applicants. Please refer to the Moerdijk Municipality General Grant Regulations for more information.

When applying for a provisional budget subsidy, you must include the following:

• Description of Activities
• Description of the objectives and results of the activities
• The Budget and the Funding Plan*

When submitting the application for approval of the budget subsidy granted, you must include the following

• The Substantive Report for the Previous Grant Period
• Your financial statements for the past grant period
• For grants exceeding €50,000, a balance sheet and an auditor's report for the previous grant period are also required.
