Event Grant
If you meet certain criteria, you may be eligible for a financial contribution toward your event. By “event,” we mean an activity intended for a broader audience than just your own core group. The experience is also central to an event.
We would like to know:
- What the event is
- What the budget looks like
- Quotes for eligible costs
After submitting your application, you can track its status online via My Moerdijk.
Terms and Conditions
You can apply for a grant
- by (an authorized board member) of a legal entity
- if the event is a nonprofit event
- if the event is open to the public (though an admission fee may be charged)
- no later than 30 days after the event takes place
Grants are awarded only for eligible costs. These are costs for
- rental of equipment for the purpose of organizing the event
- materials to promote the event
- rental of venue(s) for the purpose of holding the event
You will be reimbursed up to 50% of the eligible costs, up to a maximum of €10,000.
What do we ask in return?
When you apply for a grant, we enter into an agreement with you. You will receive a financial contribution, and we will:
- receive a report with a photo of the event
- be mentioned in communications related to the event.
