To conduct a fundraiser in the municipality of Moerdijk, you need a permit. The proceeds from your fundraiser must go to a charitable cause.

Terms and Conditions
When is a permit required?
- If you'd like to raise money for a charity.
- If you offer services or goods, the proceeds of which are intended for a charitable or non-profit cause. For example: a doughnut sale where the proceeds go toward the club's funds.
You do not need a permit if:
- A fundraiser is held within a private group. For example: a fundraiser within a church or exclusively among members of an organization.
- If the collection is organized by an institution with the CBF seal of approval or by an association or volunteer organization in the municipality of Moerdijk.
Central Fundraising Office
Each year, the Central Fundraising Bureau (CBF) establishes a schedule that allocates specific time periods to major national fundraising organizations for their fundraising campaigns. The “open” time periods are available for other (local) fundraising campaigns. Exceptions to this schedule are possible only after careful consultation between the organization involved and the municipality.
