Specialized assistance
Sometimes the issue is more complex and requires specialized care. For example, in cases of psychological or psychiatric problems. You need a referral to receive specialized care. With this referral, you can access the necessary care from a healthcare provider of your choice. However, this healthcare provider must have a contract with the municipality.
You can find out which care providers these are onthe Jeugdhulp West-Brabant West website.
How does the process of arranging specialized care work?
The youth specialist at CJG Moerdijk invites you to an intake interview. Together, you’ll determine whether specialized youth services are needed and, if so, which ones are appropriate. You’ll make arrangements regarding this and document them in a family plan. Using the family plan as a guide, we’ll work with you to decide on the most appropriate next steps.
If specialized assistance has been provided
The necessary assistance will begin. The municipality’s youth services specialist will stay in touch with you as needed regarding the arrangements. Is something not going well with the assistance you’re receiving, and are you unsure how to handle it? Are there other problems preventing you from moving forward? If so, you can reach out to the youth services specialist.
