The Energy Help Desk is coming to your door: door-to-door visits have begun

The municipality is launching door-to-door campaigns to inform residents about the insulation subsidy and the option to receive a free visit from a volunteer energy coach.

Door-to-Door Campaign

Staff members from the energy assistance office are visiting residents in the municipality of Moerdijk who are eligible for subsidies but have not yet applied for all the subsidies to which they are entitled. In this way, the municipality of Moerdijk aims to ensure that as many people as possible use the available subsidies to insulate their homes.

Residents who will be visited will receive a notification letter in advance. Residents who will not be visited this year but are eligible for a subsidy have already received a letter regarding this.

Planning by Place of Residence

Door-to-door visits have begun in Noordhoek. This phase will be completed after this week’s heat wave. Next up is Standdaarbuiten. Residents there have received a letter. After Standdaarbuiten, the campaign will move on to Willemstad, Oudemolen, and then Helwijk.

The exact schedule depends on the availability of the door-to-door canvassers and the warm weather. For this reason, no specific dates have been announced yet. The campaigns will take place in the coming months. Residents will always be notified in advance by mail. The neighborhood committees will also be informed.
