In November 2025, the neighborhood will be ready for occupancy, which will essentially mark the completion of the project.

The project has not yet been fully completed, as a study is still underway regarding the function of the planned low-speed connecting road. From a traffic and management perspective, it has been suggested that this road be designed as a standard connecting road. This will be investigated first before a decision is made.

Planning

Work on preparing the site for residential development will be completed in November 2025. A study on the construction of a low-traffic road will be completed by the end of 2026, after which a proposal for funding and implementation will be submitted to the city council in the first quarter of 2027.
