About the Companies

In parallel with the entrepreneur’s own invoicing process, the entrepreneur claims the subsidy amount through the Woon Duurzaam Implementation System. The invoice is recorded in this system, and the burden of proof form is completed. In addition to the invoice, the evidence required includes, among other things, photographs of the situation before, during, and after the work is completed. This allows for verification that the work complies with the conditions set forth in the municipal subsidy ordinance. Participating contractors are granted access to the Sustainable Housing Implementation System and are instructed on how to use it.
In addition, the participating companies clearly indicate on the quote the amount of the subsidy that will be deducted from the total amount. The subsidy amount is paid directly to the contractor, minus a 5% fee for coordination and organizational costs charged by Groene Groei.
Performance Agreements
If the performance agreements listed below are not met, the company will be excluded from further participation:
Within 4 months of the order being placed (acceptance of the quote), the work was completed (provided it was consistent with the natural cycle).
Within 3 weeks of a request for a quote being submitted, the resident in question was contacted.
