When you decide to sell your home under the Moerdijk Scheme, the market value of your home will be determined. This is based in part on data from the Land Registry regarding trends in home values in North Brabant. The municipality uses this data to adjust the value of your home as of January 1, 2013, to reflect its value at the time you list it for sale.
Housing market figures are updated every six months (as of January 1 and July 1). We expect the index figures as of July 1, 2026, to be released around July 23. There are five distinct types of housing.
