Kloosterlaan Langeweg

We would like to add more housing units in Langeweg. A plan has been developed for this in consultation with local residents and the village council. The plan calls for the construction of 6 single-family social-housing units for sale and 6 single-family social-housing units for rent.

What is the latest update?

In collaboration with the housing authority Woonkwartier, we are currently working on securing the necessary planning approvals for residential construction at this location. At the same time, we are preparing the requests for proposals so that we can proceed immediately once the amendment to the environmental plan becomes final. The school has since been demolished.
